This Privacy Policy explains how Love Memory ("the App") handles information when you use it. Love Memory is a personal scrapbook app for saving relationship memories, dates, photos, moods, and anniversary reminders.

Love Memory does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, or payment information.

Your profile, memories, selected photo references, and settings are stored locally on your device using Android local storage, including Room database and DataStore preferences.
Love Memory does not operate its own server for your profile, memories, photos, or relationship dates. The App does not upload your memory content or selected photos to a developer-operated backend.
When you choose photos, Love Memory uses Android's document picker so you can select images from your device or another provider available on your device. The App stores references to the photos you select so it can display them later.
The App does not access all photos on your device. It only uses the images you select.
If you enable reminders, Love Memory may request the Android notification permission. Notifications are generated locally on your device for anniversary and wedding reminders.
The App also uses the Android boot completed event so reminders can be scheduled again after your device restarts or the App is updated.
When you use a share feature, such as sharing a wedding keepsake frame, the App creates a temporary image file in its cache and sends it only to the app or service you choose through Android's share sheet.
The receiving app or service handles the shared content under its own privacy policy.
Love Memory includes Google Analytics for Firebase to understand basic app usage and improve the App. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect information such as app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, masked IP-derived coarse location, app lifecycle events, sessions, screen views, device information, and app performance-related data.
This analytics data is used for analytics and app improvement. It is not used by Love Memory to sell personal information.

Depending on your Android device settings, Android backup or device transfer may back up some local app data, such as the local database and preferences, to your Google account or transfer it to a new device. This is provided by Android and Google, and is controlled by your device settings.
You can manage Android backup in your device settings.
Love Memory does not sell your personal information.
The App may share or transmit data only in these situations:
Because Love Memory stores your memories and settings locally, this data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
You can delete individual memories inside the App. You can also remove local app data by using your device settings to clear storage for Love Memory or by uninstalling the App.
If Android backup is enabled, backup copies may remain in your Google account according to Google's backup and retention policies. You can manage backups in your Google account or device settings.
Love Memory relies on Android platform security to protect local app data on your device. Analytics data transmitted to Google/Firebase is encrypted in transit.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should avoid storing information in the App that you do not want to keep on your device.
Love Memory is not directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can help address the issue.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes or when legal, platform, or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
